EMDR Group Consultations
Sherry is an accredited EMDR Consultant and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who provides individual and group peer consultation on the use of EMDR with Schema Therapy and Structural Dissociation for complex presentations including eating disorders and integrating these treatments with standard CBT, DBT and IPT.
Sherry has a special interest in complex cases where there are multiple comorbidities that require an integrated transdiagnostic approach. Sherry provides consultation to other psychologists and therapists on complex cases. Groups are offered in 2-hour sessions. Professionals that do not have eating disorder credentials are welcome in the group. Groups are trauma and attachment informed.
Group hours can be used for practitioners working towards Basic Training hours for EMDRAA Membership and Eating Disorder CPD.
Eating Disorder Credential Professional Development Requirements;
15 hours of Continuing Professional Development
6 hours of supervision in total, 3 hours of which must be one-on-one.
